1. Necessary technologies
- A local preference remembers whether statistics were accepted or rejected.
- Necessary browser and security features display pages and operate forms and links safely.
2. Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 is technically connected, but its script is loaded only after consent. We do not use Google Ads, remarketing, advertising personalisation or user IDs.
User and event data retention is fourteen months. Names, contact details, free text, health data, appointment times and payment details will not be sent to Analytics.
- Booking-button clicks and planner visibility.
- Treatment category or technical treatment ID, without customer information.
- WhatsApp, telephone, email and review-button clicks.
- Dutch or English language choice.
3. HadidyLabs and Mollie
The HadidyLabs calendar is embedded in the website. Necessary technologies may be used to complete an appointment and deposit. Mollie processes the payment in its payment environment.
HadidyLabs still needs to confirm the complete list of cookies or similar technologies, purposes, providers and retention periods.
4. Search Console and external links
Google Search Console uses domain verification for indexing and technical search performance and therefore does not automatically set a cookie for website visitors.
If you open a link to WhatsApp, Google Maps or social media, that provider processes data under its own privacy and cookie rules.
5. Change your choice
You can accept or reject statistics using equally prominent controls. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to reopen and change your choice. Withdrawal applies to future measurement and does not automatically erase data previously processed lawfully.
6. Final inventory
Before public launch, this notice will be verified against the services actually used. Every non-essential technology remains blocked until valid consent is given.
